1. What items are eligible for an exchange?
Most single‑item, single‑quantity orders are eligible for exchange within 60 days of delivery. Eligibility may vary, so please review the item details or visit our Returns & Exchanges page for specifics.
2. What can I exchange my item for?
You can exchange your item for the same product in a different size. Color, style, and product changes are not currently available through the exchange program.
3. Are exchanges available for all customers?
Exchange services are available for shipments within the US and Canada (meaning orders placed on the Canadian site must ship to Canada, and orders from the US site must ship to the United States).
4. What happens if the size I want is out of stock?
If your preferred size is unavailable, you can still complete a standard return and receive a refund according to our return policy.
5. Will I pay a price difference if the item’s price has changed?
No. We honor the original purchase price you paid, including any promotions or discounts used at checkout.
6. Do I have to pay for shipping or return labels?
No. We cover shipping costs for approved exchanges. No label or shipping fees will be charged for either the return or the exchange shipment.
7. Can I ship the exchange item to a different address?
No. Your item ships to the original shipping address, and the shipping address cannot be changed during an exchange.
8. How do I start an exchange?
You can initiate an exchange directly from your Account page or Track Order page by following the on‑screen steps.
9. When will my exchange item ship?
Your replacement item ships once your original item has been handed to the carrier and shows a carrier scan. This helps us ensure the original item is on its way back.
10. What if I don’t return my original item?
If the original item is not scanned by the carrier within 30 days of submitting your exchange request, the exchange will be automatically canceled.
